Terms & Conditions
We are currently offering wholesale to brick-and-mortar stores and select online merchants. (Please, no co-ops). All orders must be pre-paid with credit card, company check or money order, or COD. A $30 service charge will be applied to returned checks, which must be replaced with a cashiers check or money order.

Minimum Order
In order to receive wholesale pricing there is a minumum order requirement of $300.00

Shipping & Delivery
Positively Organic ships throughout the United States. Please allow three weeks for standard orders. (Note: some of these orders may take longer depending on our inventory levels). Shipping costs will be calculated for specific orders and added to your invoice. Rush orders may be possible on a case by case basis; there will be a 10% surcharge added to the total order. Because of our committment to the environment we do not pack items in individual plastic bags unless specifically requested on the order form.

Returns & Cancellations
All merchandise is made/packaged to order.  Cancellation will result in a 25% re-stocking fee.  All sales are final.  Authorized returns only due to damages or shipping errors within 10 days for replacement or credit to your account.

Samples
Since we are a small company with limited inventory we must charge full wholesale price for samples.

All materials (including images, designs, photographs, text, wholesale pricelist, etc.) are intellectual property owned, controlled or licensed by Positively Organic. They are for the sole use of the recipient and may not be published or distributed without permission.
