Order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week: To purchase an item click on the item you're interested in, select the options (e.g. design, style, color, size, etc.) and press the "Order" button. Shipping & Handling
Our shipping and delivery days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Standard orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days from when you place your order. Express orders have priority status for processing, followed by Rush orders. If you would like to expedite your order please e-mail us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request

Sales Tax
Orders being shipped anywhere in New York state are subject to sales tax. Since we are unable to calculate sales tax for each county, 4.5% will be added to all New York orders.
Returns
If you're unhappy with your purcahse for any reason you may return it to us within 30 days for an exchange or refund to your credit card. Items must be unused, unwashed and with the original tags. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns made after 30 days will only be eligible for a store credit. We cannot accept returns from items that were purchased through one of our retailers. Please contact the retailer directly for their return policy. Gifts received from an online purchase can only be exchanged for another item.

For your protection, we recommend that you return all items through a traceable carrier such as USPS (request delivery confirmation), UPS or FedEx. Positively Organic is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Credit will be issued when the item has been returned and will be applied to the credit card used at time of purchase.
Damaged Shipment
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and make sure to keep all packaging materials.
