How To Order
Order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week: To purchase an item click on the item you're interested in, select the options (e.g. design, style, color, size, etc.) and press the "Order" button. Shipping & Handling
Our shipping and delivery days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Standard orders will be shipped via USPS within 3-5 business days from when you place your order and should arrive within 5-10 business days anywhere in the US. Rates are based on the weight of order and are calculated at checkout.
Returns
All sales final. Items are sold as is and are not eligible for return or compensation. Authorized returns only due to damages/ defects or shipping errors within 10 days.

For your protection, we recommend that you return all items through a traceable carrier such as USPS (request delivery confirmation), UPS or FedEx. Positively Organic is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Credit will be issued when the item has been returned and will be applied to the credit card used at time of purchase.
Damaged Shipment
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and make sure to keep all packaging materials.
